SQUADFILL

Rules of engagement

Privacy policy

Short version: we collect the minimum needed to match you with teammates, other players only ever see your callsign and matchmaking preferences, and you can delete everything by asking.

Last updated: 12 July 2026

01

What we collect

When you create an account, we ask for:

Email address — used to sign you in and to contact you about your account. Nothing else. No marketing lists.

Password — stored only as a salted hash. We can’t read it and we never will be able to.

Callsign (username) — your public identity on SQUADFILL.

Date of birth — used once to verify you meet the age requirement (Warzone matchmaking is 18+) and to gate age-rated games on Premium. It is never shown to anyone.

As you use the app, we also store what you give us:

Matchmaking preferences — region, callout languages, platform, crossplay, mic preference, skill vibe and rank tier. These exist to be matched on, so squads you join can see them.

Lobby chat messages — visible to the members of that lobby.

Reputation signals — commends and reports from players you’ve squadded with.

02

What other players see

Your public profile shows your callsign, tier, region, languages, platform, crossplay and mic preferences, skill vibe, rank tier, bio, reputation and games played.

Your email address and date of birth are never visible to other players. Platform gamer tags are only shared inside a lobby you chose to join — that’s the point at which teammates need them to invite you in-game.

03

Payments

Premium subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Your card number goes directly to Stripe and never touches our servers; we only receive confirmation that a subscription is active. Stripe’s handling of your data is covered by Stripe’s privacy policy.

04

What we don't do

We don’t sell your data. We don’t share it with advertisers. We don’t track you across other apps or sites, and the app contains no third-party advertising or analytics SDKs. We don’t read your messages except when a report requires moderation review.

05

Where your data lives

SQUADFILL is hosted on Vercel’s infrastructure. Data is retained while your account exists; lobby chat is ephemeral and tied to the life of the lobby.

06

Your rights

You can view and edit your profile data in Settings at any time. To delete your account and all associated data, or to request a copy of your data, email loverboii745@gmail.com from your account email. Deletion requests are honoured within 30 days — full steps on the account deletion page.

If you’re in the EU/UK, the lawful basis for processing is performance of contract (matchmaking is the service) and legitimate interest (moderation and reputation). You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

07

Children

SQUADFILL is not directed at children. Warzone matchmaking requires you to be 18 or older; the minimum age to hold an account at all is 13 (16 in the EU). Accounts found to be under the minimum age are removed.

08

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we’ll note it here with a new “last updated” date and flag it in the app before the change takes effect.
