Delete your account

Email loverboii745@gmail.com from the email address on your SQUADFILL account with the subject line “Delete my account”. Sending from your account email is how we verify it’s really you — no other proof is needed.

You’ll get a confirmation reply when deletion is complete. Requests are processed within 30 days.

Everything tied to your account:

Account data — email address, password hash, callsign, date of birth.

Profile data — region, languages, platform, crossplay and mic preferences, skill vibe, rank tier, bio, and linked gamer tags.

Activity — lobby memberships, session sign-ups, chat messages you sent, and your reputation record (commends and reports, given and received).

Billing — any active Premium subscription is cancelled. Stripe retains payment records as required by financial regulations; see Stripe’s privacy policy.

Nothing personal. If your account was the subject of a moderation report, we may keep the report itself (with your identifiers removed) so action taken against other accounts still makes sense. No other data is retained after deletion completes.

You can edit or clear most profile fields yourself in Settingsinside the app. To have specific data removed without deleting the whole account (for example your chat history), email the same address with what you’d like removed.
